If you didn’t catch it on The Everygirl yesterday, we teamed up with Liz from Sequins and Stripes for a workout at Flywheel’s FlyBarre to talk about the challenges of keeping your fitness resolutions, and the best ways to stay on track of your goals.




As you guys know, I am probably the furthest thing from a gym rat that exists, but it’s a big goal for me this year to get back in shape and be more active, so not only did I write the article, but I plan to adopt these tips myself, too!
