Me? Gold? Weird! 

No shocker here, I’ve been all about the gold light fixtures lately. Slowly but sure, I have a plan to replace the cookie-cutter light fixtures around here to versions with a lot more personality. Naturally, all I do is stalk the internet for such gold fixtures these days, and I recently stumbled upon a new favorite lighting website, Bellacor. (Thanks to my friend Jill for her awesome recommendation!) 

Above is just a sampling of what has caught my eye!

I really love the idea of gold sconces like these on either side of our bed, to replace the bedside lamps. (I’m really lacking in the lamp category and I think they could be better placed elsewhere in the house, you know?) 

I think copper cage lights (okay, so they aren’t TECHNICALLY gold) like these would go great in the guest bathroom, and maybe these adorable gold pineapple lights for the powder room! As you know, I’ve been in constant back and forth about the pendant lights in the kitchen. I’ve been wavering on something more industrial but for the moment I’m really loving these antique gold pendants. 

This chandelier is also so cool–I believe I need one for… every room in the house? (However, I also love this more understated option!)
