Best Secret Santa Gifts Under $25!

Nov 11, 2015

You’re going to kill me, I know.

It’s only November 12th and I’m at it with the gift guides already. But believe it or not, that office Secret Santa pool is coming up in just a few weeks! Or your annual girls “steal the present” swap. Don’t be caught scrambling, and stock up on these adorable and affordable gifts now! No matter who you’re buying for–your best friend, your brother, or your co-worker, there’s something for everyone here!

Sleigh Bell Bottle Opener: $16

This little sleigh bell bottle opener from Anthropologie is the perfect addition to anyone’s bar cart this year–a coworker, friend, or relative! You can never have too many bottle openers (why do they always seem to go missing? They must be hiding with the mis-matched socks.)

Airplane Cocktail Kit: $24

A perfect gift for the frequent traveler (guy or girl)–this ingenious cocktail kit has all the fixings for a pair of classic Old Fashioned cocktails, Moscow Mules or Gin & Tonics-minus the liquor (which, obviously, you get hooked up with on the plane!) How cute would these be for holiday trips and upcoming bachelorette parties, too?

MiniMergency Kit: $18

For the girl who is ALWAYS prepared (and has the Mary Poppins bag to prove it) or, on the contrary, the girl that is NEVER prepared and always in need of something. This little kit comes with everything–literally, everything–you could possibly need to fix little hiccups on the go:

Hair spray, clear nail polish, nail polish remover, emery board, lip balm, earring backs, clear elastics, mending kit, double-sided tape, stain remover, deodorant towelette, pain reliever, tampon, breath freshener, dental floss, safety pin, adhesive bandage.

And it comes in a sweet little plaid package. There was never a more practical gift brimming with so much cuteness.

Monogrammed Alphabet Tray: $14

Once upon a time, I thought dishes and trays like this were super cute, but not exactly functional–until I got one for Christmas from Neal’s sister, Maura (thanks, Maura!)–and I realized how truly perfect they are. They’re a necessary catch-all for those little items that always seem to go missing–earrings, your bus pass, your spare set of keys–you’d be amazed at how much they help you stay tidy! My friend Kelsey recently got me a some monogrammed minis for a housewarming gift, and they’re perfect for my bathroom and nightstand, for the same reason! (I might have a slight problem.)

(Stepping off my little dish soapbox now)–for the holidays, these are the perfect solution for literally any girl. Don’t know what to get the new girl you drew in the office secret santa pool? Ding ding ding!

Monogrammed Mug: $10

A very close relative to the crowd-pleasing monogrammed dish is this monogrammed mug from Anthropologie. I’ve never heard of anyone complaining when unwrapping this adorable gold and cream ceramic mug. They’re perfect for roommates, your kid’s teacher, or even your neighbors, with a cute little package of coco mix inside!

Yay! Wine Glass: $11

Everyone has a few BFF’s who love their wine. Now they can look forward to it even more with these YAY! wine glasses. How could you not be happy slugging your Pino out of this?

Plaid Sleeping Mask: $18

In addition to the wino friend, you likely have a friend or two who values their sleep more than anything else in life. This plaid sleeping mask from J.Crew (complete with plaid carrying bag!) will make their dreams even sweeter.

Kate Spade Sticky Note Set: $16

I got a similar version of this Kate Spade sticky note set from one of my coworker friends a couple years back, and I STILL use it today. It was the best coworker gift ever! The super-planner or organizing junkie will swoon over the sight of this set on her desk.

Anthropologie Latte Bowls: $14.95

These latte bowls, guys. They’re just the perfect bowls. Cereal, soup, you name it. They’re beautiful, they’re functional, they’re everything. Oh, and they’re ridiculously inexpensive.

One of my girlfriends brought a set of these to a “steal the present” swap we had 3 years ago, and I’m STILL upset about the fact that I didn’t get them! I know, I could buy them myself. But really, it’s just not the same. Anyone who appreciates a great home or kitchen item will salivate over these. You’re such a great present giver, you.

What are your favorite items? Do you have any amazing go-to gifts for Secret Santa?
