My favorite part about working on this article was getting to shoot my total bombshell of a friend, Kristine! Nope, she’s actually not a model, fashion blogger or professional Blair Eadie double — she’s an elementary school teacher who volunteered to let me dress her and snap 105 photos on her boyfriend’s balcony (which actually sounds a little off, when I put it that way.) Our shoot, fittingly, was accompanied by flowing pink Prosecco and a lot of Beyonce.
