I have a thing for gallery walls. I’m not sure what it is about them, maybe the fact that they can bring so many seemingly random things together to make one cohesive statement. Or maybe it’s that they can bring so much personality to a room. Whatever it is, mine is a work in progress (above). It’s a mix of artwork I’ve picked up in various places throughout the years, a vintage window, and a zebra head (he really adds a unique touch, doesn’t he?) I like the look of mixed frames- metallic, wood, canvas. It’s more of an eclectic look, which sums up my personality pretty accurately. And yes, I know those pictures on the right are crooked- I don’t mind. If you know me, you would actually expect nothing less.
Here are a few other inspiring gallery walls. I’m thinking of incorporating one in my living room that looks more similar to the below the uses similar frames for a clean, classic look. Whatever your taste, you can’t go wrong with a gallery wall!
